Day 6: Shoes
It’s time to talk about the skeletons in your closet… I mean shoes. It’s easy to downsize your kids shoes.
They don’t fit. Great, Donate!
There’s a hole in these. Got my money’s worth, time for the trash!
If you only have 10 minutes today to feel like you accomplished something then this is your task.
Now, if you have more time let’s talk about making some decisions. Do you have shoes that you know deep down in your heart you will never wear again? Do you have a pair of shoes that gives you blisters just looking at them? If you wouldn’t dare tell your podiatrist that you own them, it’s time to say goodbye! Be strong, you’ve got this!
Questions to ask yourself:
Do these fit me/my kids?
Do they feel good on my feet?
When was the last time I wore these?
Is there a similar pair I wear more?
If your shoes are in good shape consider donating them. Get back to loving your feet, and enjoy the extra space in your closet!
